END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT.  Read these terms carefully before installing this software. By installing this software, you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement, promptly cancel the installation. The purchase of a serial number followed by activation is required for use of the software beyond the evaluation period.

LICENSE.   

GRANT OF LICENSE AND PROHIBITIONS.  This Software is licensed to you, not sold. You are not obtaining title to the Software or any copyrights. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, convey, emulate, clone, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software for any purpose.

LIMITED WARRANTY.  The software is provided as is and Egan BIM Resources disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software.

LIMITATION ON CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  Neither Egan BIM Resources nor anyone involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss), arising out of the use or inability to use such software or documentation, even if Egan BIM Resources has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.

COPYRIGHT

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the download, installation and/or use of the Software.

TERMINATION.  You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by permanently deleting the Software in its entirety.  Egan BIM Resources may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

COPY MANAGEMENT and AUTOMATIC UPDATES. The Software may communicate servers to activate the Software, monitor license status or check for available updates.
